- For readability, we recommend keeping all text sizes at 8pt or larger.
- Fully White Base is only supported for Reverse Printing. If you need an opaque white background without reverse printing, please select the White PVC Sticker product. And, please indicate the spot white area if required.
Cut Off Time
While we do our best to meet all deadlines, production timelines are not fully within our control. If you require urgent processing, please select the Express Order option with additional charges. Finished goods may not be 100% accurate in colour and actual size, please allow +-1.5mm cutting tolerance around your artwork.
File Preparation

- Recommended Formats: JPEG, PNG, or TIFF
- Color Mode & Resolution: CMYK mode required. Resolution should be 100–150 DPI at actual size for large display items, and 300 DPI for small marketing prints (e.g., stickers, flyers, name cards).
- File Notice: PDF, Illustrator, and Photoshop files can occasionally become corrupted or lose embedded layers during file transfer/opening. Converting your artwork to standard image formats prevents these issues.
- AI-Generated Files: AI tools usually output low-resolution images with unverified dimensions. We print files exactly as submitted and are not responsible for blurry prints, pixelation, incorrect proportions, or quality issues arising from AI-generated artwork.
- Disclaimer: Control Print Sdn Bhd is not liable for missing text, graphics, or layout errors resulting from corrupted or low-resolution file uploads.
- Order Cancellation: Orders will be cancelled if print-ready artwork is not received.
