Welcome to Control Print Sdn Bhd. By accessing our website, purchasing store credits, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Acceptance & Artwork

1.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, text, spelling, grammar, layout, dimensions, and specifications prior to submitting an order. Control Print Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any errors contained in customer-submitted artwork once production has commenced.

1.2 Artwork Approval

All artwork uploaded or approved by the customer is deemed final and ready for production. Any changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

1.3 File Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted files meet our recommended specifications, including:

Minimum image resolution
Correct document size
Bleed allowance
Safe margin
Fonts embedded or outlined where applicable

We reserve the right to reject artwork that may result in unsatisfactory print quality.

1.3 Notice Regarding Vector & Layered Files (`PDF`, `AI`, `PSD`)

Vector or multi-layer files (PDF, Adobe Illustrator .AI, Adobe Photoshop .PSD) are susceptible to font substitution, missing linked assets, corrupt vector elements, or layer dropouts during automated file transfers or software rendering. Converting your artwork into standard flattened image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF) prevents these discrepancies. Control Print Sdn Bhd is not liable for missing text, dropped graphics, or layout corruptions resulting from multi-layered or unflattened file submissions.

1.4 AI-Generated Artwork (Artificial Intelligence)

Artificial Intelligence (AI) generation tools frequently produce low-resolution, non-standard DPI outputs, unverified dimensional ratios, or embedded artifacting. We print all submitted files strictly as received. Control Print Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility for pixelation, blurriness, distortion, incorrect proportions, or poor print quality arising from AI-generated files.

1.5 Order Cancellation for Unusable Artwork

We reserve the right to pause or cancel any order if print-ready artwork is not received within a reasonable timeframe, or if the submitted file is unprintable. Approved cancellations are subject to an administrative fee as outlined in Section 3.2

2. Store Wallet & Credit System

2.1 Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Credit

Top-ups made to the customer’s store wallet are final. Wallet credits cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, transferred to bank accounts, or transferred to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods for Wallet Top-Ups

To maintain security and verification, wallet credit top-ups are strictly accepted via direct bank transfer / FPX / DuitNow directly to Control Print Sdn Bhd’s designated bank account. Third-party payment gateways, credit cards, or unauthorized channels may be restricted or subjected to verification delays.

3. Vouchers & Promotional Coupons

3.1 Validity & Single Use

All vouchers, promo codes, and discount coupons issued by Control Print Sdn Bhd are valid for a single transaction only, must be redeemed before the stated expiration date, and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or wallet top-up bonuses.

3.2 Cash Value & Non-Transferability

Vouchers and coupons hold no cash value, are strictly non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or store wallet credits, and cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed or completed orders.

3.3 Minimum Spend & Conditions

Vouchers may be subject to minimum spend thresholds, specific material categories, or designated order quantities before tax and shipping fees. Control Print Sdn Bhd reserves the right to void or refuse any voucher used in violation of these terms or due to suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

Full payment (or deduction from valid Wallet Credits) must be completed before production commences.

4.2 Refund Policy (Store Wallet Credit Only)

Because all items produced by Control Print Sdn Bhd are custom-manufactured to customer specifications and cannot be resold:

No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash, debit/credit card, or physical bank transfer refunds.
Wallet Credit Refunds: If an order cancellation or claim is officially approved by Control Print Sdn Bhd, the approved refund amount will be credited exclusively to the customer’s Store Wallet within 2 working days.
Cancellation Fee: Approved order cancellations requested before production commences are subject to a mandatory RM10 administrative processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount credited to your Store Wallet. Orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

4.3 Wallet Withdrawal Request (Cash Out)

Store Wallet credits are strictly non-transferable and intended for future purchases. If a customer specifically requests to withdraw funds from their Store Wallet to a bank account:

Processing Fee: A mandatory processing fee will apply to cover administrative, auditing, and payment gateway transaction costs. The fee will be deducted directly from the requested withdrawal amount.
Processing Time: Approved withdrawal requests will take up to 30 calendar days (1 month) to complete.

4.4 Pricing Adjustments

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice due to material cost fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or inadvertent system pricing errors. Orders that have already been confirmed and fully paid will not be affected.

5. Colour Accuracy, Finishing & Cutting Tolerances

5.1 Colour Accuracy

Printed colors will naturally vary from what is displayed on computer monitors, mobile screens, or sample proofs due to screen calibration differences, paper stocks, ink absorption, surface lamination, and the CMYK offset/digital printing process.
Minor color variations within normal commercial printing tolerances are deemed acceptable.
If precise color matching is mandatory, customers are advised to request a physical hardcopy proof prior to full production runs (additional fees apply).

5.2 Cutting & Finishing Tolerances

Due to the mechanical nature of printing, lamination, folding, binding, plot-cutting, and guillotine trimming:

The final printed and cut product may not be 100% identical to the exact dimensions ordered.
A standard industrial cutting and alignment shift tolerance of 1mm to 3mm (depending on material, size, and finishing) is considered normal and acceptable.
Customers must maintain a minimum Safe Margin (3mm–5mm inward from the cut line) for all critical text and

6. Production & Turnaround Time

Estimated production times provided on our platform or by sales representatives are operational estimates only. Variations may occur due to order volume, artwork verification delays, stock availability, machine maintenance, public holidays, or unforeseen technical disruptions. Control Print Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for third-party business losses resulting from production delays.

7. Shipping, Collection & Delivery

7.1 Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Any re-delivery or administrative costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details shall be charged to the customer.

7.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss, damage, or degradation passes to the customer immediately upon self-collection or handover to the appointed courier service. Control Print Sdn Bhd is not responsible for transit delays, handling damage, or loss caused by third-party delivery services.

8. Returns, Reprints, After-Sales Service & Claims

8.1 Free Reprint Eligibility

As custom items cannot be restocked or resold, returns are not accepted. However, Control Print Sdn Bhd will provide a complimentary reprint at no extra charge if an issue is verified to have originated from our internal manufacturing process prior to fulfillment, such as:

Physical manufacturing defects or incorrect finishing applied at our facility (e.g., wrong lamination type or incorrect cut lines).
Incorrect material/paper stock supplied compared to the order invoice.
Major printing defects (e.g., severe banding, streaking, or ink contamination).

8.2 Non-Eligible Claim Scenarios

Complimentary reprints or wallet credits will NOT be issued for:

Typos, spelling, grammar, or design errors present in customer-submitted files.
Low-resolution, pixelated, or unflattened AI-generated artwork.
Color variations or minor cutting/dimensional shifts falling within normal commercial tolerances.
Missing bleeds or elements cut off due to failure to respect safe margins.
Errors present in artwork pre-approved by the customer.
Damages occurring post-delivery, post-pickup, or during transit.

8.3 Inspection & Claim Deadline

Customers are required to inspect all delivered or collected goods immediately upon receipt. All claims regarding manufacturing defects, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing to Control Print Sdn Bhd within 2 calendar days of delivery or pickup.

To submit a valid claim, customers must provide the Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs/videos of the affected items. We reserve the right to inspect the physical goods at our premises before approving any reprint or wallet credit refund.

8.4 No Post-Use Warranty & Exclusion of Handling/Display Damage

Due to the custom nature of printed goods and the unverified environmental and handling conditions post-fulfillment, Control Print Sdn Bhd provides no warranty once items have been picked up, accepted, installed, displayed, or put into active use.

We accept no liability for damages or structural failures occurring after pickup or delivery, including but not limited to:

Torn, ripped, or damaged eyelets/grommets resulting from improper tying, tension, wind exposure, or external pulling forces.
Broken, bent, or unstable display hardware (e.g., banner standees, pop-up stands, tripod frames) caused by improper assembly, transport, wind, or physical impact.
Surface scratching, peeling, or tearing occurring during post-delivery installation, handling, or outdoor exposure.

8.5 Finality of Acceptance & Use

Unpacking, deploying, assembling, or putting the printed goods into service constitutes full confirmation that the items were received in good, undamaged condition, and waives any subsequent claim for replacement, repair, or compensation.

9. Intellectual Property & Indemnity

Customers warrant that they hold full ownership, rights, or authorization to use all images, logos, trademarks, text, and graphics submitted for printing. Customers agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Control Print Sdn Bhd against any legal actions, liability, costs, claims, or legal fees arising from copyright or intellectual property infringements related to customer-provided artwork.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian Law, Control Print Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or economic damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity) arising out of or in connection with our goods or services. Our total aggregate liability shall under no circumstances exceed the total monetary value paid by the customer for the specific affected order.

11. Force Majeure

Control Print Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations if such failure arises from acts of God, fire, flood, power outages, machinery failures, labor shortages, government regulations, severe weather, pandemics, or disruptions in courier transport networks.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, legal action, or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
